Set an AutoResponse/Vacation Message

Go to the HostWorks Mail Management console

Click Login

Towards the bottom of the window is the section called Responder

Click on the words Responder File This will bring up a new window

Type your Auto Response/Vacation Message in the text box

Click Save

If you have individual E-Mail addresses or Domains that should not recieve
the Auto Response click the words No Responder For

Type the E-Mail addresses and Domains, one per line, of all who should
never receive the auto response

click Save

In the pull down menu select Respond Always

Click the check box next to Reply only if to me

click Save again

The AutoResponse/Vacation message will now automatically send the message
you entered in response to every e-mail you recieve

Remember to go back in and select Do Not Respond from the pull down menu
and click Save to deactivate the message when you no longer need it
